Sound like your Tuesday?

Running the firm takes more than delivering the work.

CAPACITY

“Can James take this on?”

Twelve days for one client. Three for another. Four for a third. A new engagement lands, and you’re back in the spreadsheet trying to make it fit.

MONEY

The invoice you didn’t catch.

Days, rates, contracts, submitted invoices. Every consultant. Every month. One mismatch can mean money your firm quietly loses.

DELIVERY

A week-one blocker.
A week-four conversation.

The consultant hit a wall. You heard about it three weeks later. The client noticed before you did.

ONBOARDING

“Was that contract signed?”

Sent, signed, briefed, introduced. Four simple steps. Somewhere inside four different email threads.

Nyxa was built inside a real consultancy's mess: three whiteboards, a wall of spreadsheets, and invoice reconciliation that had become someone's whole job. Every feature exists because one of those pains does.

For you, your consultants and your clients

Each person sees the work relevant to them.

Owner

The firm in one view. Capacity, invoices and the things that need your attention.

Consultant

Progress and blockers recorded where the work is tracked.

Client

A clear view of their projects and progress through an optional read-only portal.

The client portal

Let clients check project progress.

Give each client a read-only view of the projects you share, with milestones and progress. They can check where work stands while your internal notes stay private.

Coming to early access

The weekly client report, drafted for you.

Planned for early access: a weekly report drafted from project updates. You review it, make changes and send it to your client.

Built from inside the industry

Ten years across the table.
A familiar kind of mess.

The double-booked consultant. The invoice that doesn't match the contract. The blocker that surfaces three weeks late. Never the expertise slipping, always the spreadsheets holding it together. After more than a decade in fraud prevention, compliance and AML, these weren't surprises, they were the pattern. Nyxa wasn't designed in a product workshop. It was built to end that pattern.

Common questions

Who is Nyxa for?

Fraud, compliance and financial crime consultancies with a team to manage: consultants placed across multiple clients, engagements running in parallel, and one person trying to keep it all straight. If that person is you, Nyxa was built for you.

What does early access include?

The current tools for clients, consultants, engagements, capacity, invoices and project progress, plus new features as they ship. Founding firms get a rate locked for their first 12 months and a direct line to the builder through in-app feedback.

How do I get early access?

Request access with the form above. We read every request personally. If it's a fit, you'll get an invite by email and we set your firm up together. No card, no self-serve signup.

What does it cost?

One flat monthly rate for the whole firm, with no per-seat charges. The founding rate is £249 per month, locked for your first 12 months. Requesting access does not commit you to a subscription.

Where is my data?

The live application database is hosted in London, United Kingdom, with each firm’s data isolated at the database level and access controlled by role. Our hosting provider’s data processing agreement applies to our account. See our Privacy Policy for details of other providers and international data processing.

Can my clients see it?

Only if you invite them, and only what you choose to share. Each client can get an optional read-only portal showing their projects, milestones and progress, nothing else. Blocked work shows as "On hold"; your internal notes stay internal.

What's coming next?

We’re planning AI-drafted weekly client reports and email alerts. Further ideas include help with proposals and the lead pipeline. Founding firms’ feedback will help shape the order; these features are not part of the current product.
